This means no pasteurisation or preservative techniques, no chemicals, no additives, no heat treatments. It's just pure, raw cold pressed juice from fresh, locally sourced organic & bio-dynamic fruit & veg. Juice Quest’s RAW flavours are Fruit Tingle, Roots 'n' Fruits, Gimme Greens and Pink Bliss.

The Tea Catcher.

The Tea Catcher began in 2013 on return to Adelaide after 12+ years of living and travelling in South Asia and Europe. The Tea Catcher specialises in the best, traditionally grown/processed, loose leaf tea; organically and sustainably produced whenever possible, from small estates throughout the wonderful and varied tea producing world.

Their range consists of a large number of yearly staples as well as seasonal/yearly selections chosen to best express the nuance and change of fine teas under the influence of weather and terroir/location. With an ever increasing retail menu of over 80 teas from Nepal, India, China, Taiwan, Japan and more, The Tea Catcher travels regularly to the varied homes of tea to meet the growers/farmers/producers to ensure provenance and quality while further deepening knowledge and understanding of this incredible beverage.

Goanna Greens.

Ganna Greens is a hyper-local Microgreen farm operating a stone’s throw from the Adelaide CBD. Microgreens are a type of plant between a sprout and a baby green. They are super nutritious and offer an array of health benefits. Microgreens are aromatic, rich in flavour and offer a beautiful colour pop to a variety of dishes.

On offer is Radish Blend, Sunflower, Snowpea, Cabbage, Daikon, Broccoli and Sango microgreens.
